Asiago a splash of colour in the Dolomites Italy Review
The Cathedral, built between 1842 and 1870 by Luigi De Boni, and blessed by the Bishop of Padua Giuseppe Callegari on September 12, 1888 and was promptly destroyed 38 years later in 1916 during WW-I. As is often the case in religious communities, immediately after the war the church was rebuilt. It re-opened 1922.
